APPLICATION GUIDELINES
The White Oak Craft Fair is proud to support artists working to create original work by hand in traditional craft mediums. Our fair is juried by a panel of long time craft artists and fair organizers, and eligibility may be different than other craft events in the area. To determine whether our fair is a good fit for you, consider the following guidelines:
-
Traditional craft mediums are preferred.
Examples include original textiles, leatherwork, jewelry, woodcarving, metalwork, ceramics, painting, photography, chairs, baskets, stained glass, book arts, printmaking, etc.
-
We prioritize work made by hand– work assembled from commercial molds or kits,
primarily laser cut or machine made items, or work featuring primarily store bought/commercially produced elements will be declined.
-
Original work only.
Artwork submitted should be of your own design– logos/imagery not created by the artist should not be included in the work sold.
-
No resale items. This includes bulk items bought for resale, antiques, or any other item not made by the artist.
-
No food booths. While we will have a
limited amount of food trucks on site for patrons, the focus of the booths themselves is handmade crafts. We are currently not accepting applications for vendors selling jams, jellies, sauces, baked goods, etc.
Applications are being accepted through
July 1st, 2025.
Our jury committee will review and notify new applicants as soon as possible. Please fill out the application linked below and mail or email it
