Submitting this application does not ensure your spot in the fair. All new work must be juried by the White Oak Tennessee Board of Directors. Please email whiteoak@artscenterofcc.com for any questions.

If you are outside, you are required to bring your own covering but if you are under the pavillion no covering is required and we ask that you do not have a tent.
There will be a $25 late fee added after July 1st.
By checking, I understand neither The Arts Center of Cannon County, White Oak Tennessee nor the City of Woodbury are responsible for weather related losses or damage of work, personal injuries or property damage.
