Theater for Schools
In our School Matinee Program, teachers have the opportunity to bring their class to a one-act performance geared towards students, featuring adult and student performers. Often, students will even have the opportunity to meet and take photos with the cast following the show! The Farmers Market Pavilion and Cannon Hall are available to use for lunch before or after the show- if you are interested in bringing sack lunches to the Arts Center please mention it in the comment section when filling out your contact form (below).
Use our Stage Page to help prepare your class for their upcoming field trip to the Arts Center! We like to supply our teachers with activities and materials they can easily adapt to their classroom. For homeschool rates and reservation information, contact Beth McCrary at 615-545-4735 or email. All homeschool groups and individuals must book through Beth McCrary. Homeschool teachers bringing groups of 15 or more and are seated as a group receive one complimentary seat.
