"Loosening Up With Acrylics"

Those attending must provide their own supplies. For beginners and intermediate painters.
Jack Loeb is a retired art educator of 37 years whose work is showcased in galleries across Middle Tennessee, including the Arts Center of Cannon County.
A word from your instructor... "This workshop will explore the versatility and dynamics of acrylic paints. It will emphasize how to become freer and more expressive in your work! If you like color and creativity, acrylic paint is the medium for you to loosen up."
Acrylic Paints (Golden or Holbein recommended)
Brushes including a cheap 1'2" bristle brush, 2-3 other brushes of various sizes
Watercolor Paper, 2 sheets of 300# primed with Gesso before class
Spray bottle for water and one with 91% alcohol
Optional: Small canvas or canvas boards i.e. 12x16 or 11x14

The Arts Center is located on 1424 John Bragg Highway, just west of the town of Woodbury, approximately 20 minutes from Murfreesboro, Manchester, and McMinnville and one hour southeast of Nashville.
